I stayed at a Holiday Inn the night before Owl Days began. It was located just a few blocks down from Rice and offered free shuttles to and from the university upon request. Very nice hotel, too. [View Full Report] |

Stayed at Holiday Inn by the Reliant Stadium. The hotel was nice. They have a shuttle going to Rice (although we didn't take it cause we had a car). [View Full Report] |

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn on Morningside. It's great for a short trip - you're going to be away most of the time anyway. Cable. Breakfast. Shuttle to Rice. Nice people. [View Full Report] |

The closer you are to Rice the better because traffic in Houston can be hectic. I'd recommend somewhere in the South or West side of Houston since these also seem to be the better parts of town. [View Full Report] |
