Visit Activities:

Campus Tour: Yes - The school is quite small. Good resources for nursing health /sciences students. The classrooms and all-around look of the school is very nice, not exceedingly beautiful, but nice. The dorms are great

A few prententious rich girls, but for the most part the girls are nice.

In most liberal art school the faculty and staff are great, so it's no surprise to me that Simmons wasn't the odd-school-out.

Appearance of Campus:

It's a small campus, so there isn't really much to judge, but it's very clean and organized (I guess), and colorful; it makes me happy to be there. :)

Building/Facilities Maintenance/Cleanliness:

VERY clean.

Dormitories:

The dorms are clean and close to other school dorms. They also look like small hotels...

It's in the heart of Boston -you can't go wrong with that. It's near everything, and there are many colleges nearby (Northeastern, BU, BC, Emmanuel, Wheelock, MassArt)

City/Town/Community:
Like I said...Boston. ;)

Campus Visit Notes for Simmons College

Visit Description:

It was basically a short tour of the college. It was too short. I saw two classrooms, the library, and the dorms. Everything is small, but convinient. The most memorable thing is the female that gave me the tour. She was annoyingly perky and, from all the self-flattery I heard, an over-achiever. I also thought it was very funny (because it gave the school a very stereotypical personality) is that I saw a woman with a shirt that read, "I love a female orgasm."

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

A bus ride away (39) is a small, Cuban restaurant called El Oriental de Cuba. If you have time to, go! They have the best food.

Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):

The T, basically.
