Campus Visit Notes for Stonehill College
Visit Description:
Having gotten into 4 schools then eventually getting off the waitilst to 3 more I was left with a huge decision. Coming from an exclusive private school made me not want a very large school because I was concerned about the transition into a huge place. It came down to BU,GW, Bentley and Stonehill. Size ruled out BU especially after looking at the dorms, as did GW and then I omitted Bentley because of my reservations about studying business and being locked in to a school where that was my only option. I originally was considering Indiana's business school, but also ruled that out. When I actually visited Stonehill, especially after my college advisor thinking it was an excellent fit and her view that this is one of the "top private schools in the northeast" I did, and I immediately felt right at home. Everything felt right and my decision was made. I hope for all of you reading this, you will have that same feeling when you visit whatever school you visit and hope to attend.
