Visit Activities:


Information Session: Yes - Very vague. The admissions officer in charge couldn't answer many specific questions.

Campus Tour: Yes - Tour guides were helpful, but no part of the tour was too impressive. Very few students on a Saturday.

Only saw the students who were tour guides. Other than that we passed maybe 10 on the tour. In a school of 15,000, that is strange.

Only interacted with one staff member. Not very informative and a little condescending.


Appearance of Campus:

Everything seemed old. Nothing really stood out as nice. Not very well kept up.

Strange smell in several buildings. Paths were not well kept.


Dormitories:

Saw a tripled room. Beds reminiscent of a jail cell. Students must share either a desk, a closet, or both. Strange smell.

Ghost town. Not well kept, and not big enough for the size of the student body.

Visit Description:

I'm very glad I visited so I know what I'm getting into if I decide to go. The school is empty on the weekends. Some dining halls were completely closed. The classes seem larger than most (also large) schools I've seen and the place is not very well kept.
