Visit Activities:

Information Session: Yes - Led by a Naval Officer with obvious marketing experience. Really made you want to come. With the difficulty of getting in here, they really don't need the heavy sales pitch, but it was nice!

Campus Tour: Yes - Just a bit of looking around with all the other summer tourists. Amazingly beautiful place to be.

Campus Visit Notes for United States Naval Academy

Visit Description:

How lucky anyone would be to go here! It is the most prestigious of all the Service Academies, and I believe, the most selective.

Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:

Got Courtyard and Doubletree hotels on Priceline for $59! Navy Lodge is for servicemembers and their families only. Navy Lodge only available for one night.

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

Friday night in Annapolis, starving, no place without a 2 hour wait! Stumbled on Armadillo's and sat right down to great drinks and good pub food!

Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):

Parking garages expensive, but we were lucky to get a meter on the town dock twice!
