Information Session: Yes - Information session was led by a very friendly lady who injected a lot of humorous comments into her presentation of the University.
Campus Tour: Yes - Very thorough tour. It was a hot day so we were offered water bottles on the onset of the tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and answered most questions sufficiently.

Campus Visit Notes for University of Richmond
Enjoyed our time on campus. The admissions counselor who led the info session covered everything from the history of the university to majors to financial aid/merit scholarship information. There was some construction in progress on campus which is always a good sign. The campus is beautiful and buildings are well-kept. There were very few students around and we would like to return when school is in session.
Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:
We are local so did not have to stay overnight. There are the usual hotel/motel chains nearby.
Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:
Plenty to choose from in the area.
Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):
Local bus system needs improvement. A car would be necessary to do much off campus. Freshman are allowed to have cars.
