Information Session:
Yes - Great presentation - really left you with a strong impression of what the admissions evaluation was going to be focused on.
Campus Tour:
Yes - The student who gave the tour was informative, intelligent and had most of the answers. Most of these college tours give you a lot of baloney and promises - this one focused on the school's asset
Overnight Visit:
No - Forget these other hotels. Spring for the bucks and stay at the Edgewater. Alumni get a discount as well.

Love the Dane County Farmer's Market on Saturday morning, visited Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesen and had an awesome Wisconsin cheese plate, broiled walleye and a local brew for dinner.
Campus Visit Notes for University of Wisconsin-Madison
Visit Description:
There is no school that offers both the depth of academic experience and the social life that you find in Madison. Wish I could go back to school!
