College Chances to Villanova, Lehigh, Emory, NYU and BU?

All right, first of all, I'm South American and lived there since I was 6. Then I moved to Puerto Rico and moved for the first time to a US State (NJ) last summer. I speak fluent English but better Spanish, especially in standardized testing where my English scores are just slightly above average. BTW I started learning decent English in 6th grade.

Freshman Year Puerto Rico (Def top 3 school in island)- 3.95 GPA
Algebra II Spanish 9 English 9 Italian 1 World History and Sociology
ECs- No clubs offered but NHS member and treasurer. Varsity Soccer and JV Basketball, also played in the best soccer club in the island. Around 20 hours of community service. Attended IMG Soccer Academies during Summer.

Sophomore Year NJ- Kind of a tough adjustment so GPA really went down but 3.67 UW GPA/ 3.81 W GPA
Precalculus Honors (this class really brought it down I got an 80 UW) Biology H English 10 H French 1 US History Art and Graphic Communications.
ECs- No clubs, I didn't what I was doing. Varsity Soccer and US Development Academy Team (NJSA) probably top 2/3 club in state.
This summer I'm practicing with a professional soccer team in Puerto Rico.

I got an 800 in SAT II Spanish and a 25/32 on the Plan which is like PSAT. English 19, Math 28, Reading 26, Science 25. Projected score of 28-30

Next year I'll be taking AP Calc AB, AP psych English 11 H. I'll also be joining clubs and getting involved and all that jazz now that I've settled in (Not as much as I would like to though, since we practice 3-4 a week and practice is 1.5 hrs away, plus we play in different states on the weekends). What do you think are my college chances for Lehigh Villanova Emory BU or BC knowing this information and assuming I do better next year. (Which I am TRUST ME). BTW i had the highest grade in French I. Langs are my strength.
If those are too hard, what about Syracuse, U Wisconsin Georgia Tech U of Miami

Its tough to say considering we have little to go off...ECs play a huge factor in admissions. So if you actually get a 29 ACT, volunteer and participate alot you will stand a shot at all of the schools. Emory, Lehigh, Villanova, and BC will be harder to get into than BU. Emory probably will be the toughest. Lehigh, VU, and BC should be your target schools then so do a bunch of research on them and formulate your essay to your reasons. Keep in mind your GPA and SAT score will be on the low side at all of them.

syracuse and u miami and wisconsin you stand a good shot at. Ga tech will be alittle tougher
