skx46 - Dude, no need to worry. The "Your Transfer Credit Evaluation may complete" line is actually a very positive sign. From what I've seen from the forums, that's pretty much an indicator for saying you're in.
As for the "There is no transfer evaluation processed as of this date. If you have forwarded all final copies of your transfer transcripts to us, please allow more time for processing. Continue to check this website for updates to your transfer credit record" part, no need to worry about that either. I got accepted and it still continued to show that message when I clicked on the "Transfer Credit Evaluation" link. If it continues to show after you got accepted, they'll probably just fix it during your orientation session, when you are registrating for classes.
