Our son has accepted an NROTC scholarship @VT. We know that he'll be involved in all the home football games. Are there other weekend events that the corp of cadets participate in that we as parents could attend?
Theres going to be plenty of things for you to see. Besides football games, there are usually a few pass-in-reviews through the year. The first one will be right after NC week which involves the new freshman and their cadre. Then theres another for family weekend in the fall and another for change of command in spring (invlolving the entire corps).
Do you know if there has been a schedule set for all these events 09-10? If so where can we find it to make a copy? We live out of state and need to make motel reservations ahead of time. Please reply.
I dont know if theyve got dates set yet but you could just give them a call to make sure. Might be able to find a calender somewhere on the website Corps of Cadets | Virginia Tech
