Does VT even have an education undergrad major anymore? I was under the impression that we got rid of the major a couple years ago, and under "Academic Programs" on the SoE's website it just had graduate programs listed.
Actually it's called Elementary Education/Teacher Education. Check out this web page Elementary Education/Teacher Education | Undergraduate Admissions | Virginia Tech and it will tell you what to major in according to what you want to teach. This is completed through the School of Education, within the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.
