i sent in my fafsa in the beginning of january
and i JUST find out that i need to send a "quality assurance worksheet"
i dont even know WHAT IT IS!
and vt didn't even CONTACT me to say that i am missing something
HELP PLEASE
i feel like crying
i need the money
my parents cant afford it

There's the sheet. Fill it out and turn it in ASAP. As in tomorrow. I don't see a due date on there anywhere but I'm sure the earlier you get it turned in the better. That form is if you're a dependant student, and if you're independent you need this one instead:
