Visit Activities:
Information Session:
Yes - The information session was very helpful. The admissions people had us sit around a round table, introduce ourselves and started off with the students asking questions.
Campus Tour:
Yes - Able to walk througout the campus. Spaciuos and cozy feel with brick buildings. Tour guides talked a little to much and too fast, but provided lots of info about Amherst.

Campus kept clean, no garbage. School in western MA. Has a small town with shopping;Walmart, Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Dicks,ect. Mts in the background of campus, with a nearby lake.

Dormitories:
3 - Good
Bathrooms clean, dorms fair size. Doorms much bigger that Hofstra University's doorms.

School is a part of the community. People seem nice and care about the school.

Heard about statue stealing on campus.

Place to eat near and 1 dinning hall on campus

Need a car to get to school. Free school bus will bring you to any other of the 5 college system including UMass, Hampshire, ect.
