Campus Visit Notes for Bowdoin College:
Visit Description:
Overall a good trip.
Town and campus are easy to navigate.
School seemed surprised at the number of visitors on presidents day.
Easy trip up from Portland ME airport.
Portland's airport is a small one, bad weather like we had, plays havoc with arrivals and departures.
Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:
Stayed at the Fairfield Inn 5 min from campus.
Several chains and local places close by.
Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):
Parking was full at admissions, but found a place on the street that was not too far.
