Visit to Brown University in July 2007 by sailhour (Student, HS Class of 2008)
Visit Activities:
   Campus Tour: Yes - The guide was hilarious. The history is neat.
Brown University Campus:
   Friendliness/Courtesy of Students: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good - The fact that it was raining may have discouraged a few people, but overall, was par.
   Friendliness/Courtesy of Staff: 3 - Good 3 - Good - Wasn't really all that impressed and got a few foul looks.
   Appearance of Campus: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good - The campus is well kept.
   Building/Facilities Maintenance/Cleanliness: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good
   Dormitories: 3 - Good 3 - Good - It was painfully obvious that we were visiting the nicest dorm. I was disappointed at that.
   Security/Safety: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good - Definitely felt safe.
   Overall Campus Impression: 3 - Good 3 - Good - The school is great on paper, but I didn't really feel much of an attraction to it.

   Area Immediately Around Campus: 3 - Good 3 - Good
   City/Town/Community: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good
Campus Visit Notes for Brown University:
Visit Description: Brown is a great school, but my visit was less than I had expected. The people were a little sporadic, with quite a few oddballs. The guide was a very interesting guy however and I enjoyed his stories of the experiences he's had up to this point.
