Again, its pretty decent; I rate this a 4 because frankly I didn't spend enough time in the town (Brown has a LOT to do) to get a feel for Providence. |

Providence is a very nice small city - clean and well maintained. Some sections of Providence actually reminded us of Portland, Oregon. |
