I've heard that due to the Johnson and Wales college nearby, Providence has a huge number of fine restaurants apparently it's also got the most coffee shops per capita in the country

Tealuxe is pretty amazing, as well as the kabob place. Don't let the Brown students down you on the school food (maybe this is because my school's food is terrible) but it is above average

We went to this nice little Chinese plays overlooking the streets of Providence. It was cute. There were A LOT dining options surrounding Brown.
