There are safety buttons all over the campus along the paths, attached to every light post.

I walked around by myself at night around midnight, heading back from club events (there are visit times that are allotted to the prospective students). I did not feel threatened at all. The area around campus is suburban, and the houses all look like the

This was perhaps the poshest town I had ever been too. I didn't even see a gas station for miles. The whole area was upscale residential and more colleges.
