Campus Visit Notes for Bucknell University

Visit Description:

I had a mock Music class when I visited. It was me and about six other students with their parents. The teacher had this short and vibrant red hair. Basically, it was about composing music that told a story. So, we listened to some and then she had us 'compose' our own. We came up with the soundtrack to an epic 'Pirates of the Caribean' style showdown. Lol. We had five symbols (a cannon ball, people screaming, the wind, bubbles, waves crashing) and each one meant a diferent sound, and in the end we had to 'perform' it...

Anyway, I was surprised by how cool it was! And the teacher was just awesome. Really. She made it seem like the most interesting thing in the world.

Oh, and the guy that gave my group a tour had a big hickey. Haha.
