Yes - Admin Ray Prado gave us the whole rundown on what makes Caltech great, some of their traditions, the different houses, the buildings and of course the admission process for both freshmen and transfer.

Yes - Our tour guide was helpful and nice. She took us to a few houses, labs, classrooms and buildings such as Millikan Library. The campus is absolutely beautiful.

My tour guide and Associate Director of Admission Ray Prado were both really nice.

From what I saw, everything looked safe. Our tour guide said that it's easy to trust members of Caltech. She didn't mind leaving her dorm room open. Plus, everyone rides bikes, so you know i

Campus Visit Notes for California Institute of Technology
Visit Description:
My tour guide was a bit jittery. This was probably due to finals week. She was still cool nonetheless. I got to explore a few of the houses but would need rotation to fully get a feel of each.
Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):
Parking in or around Caltech requires a permit. I purchased a 3 hour pass for $4. There's an automated machine on the 3rd floor of the Holliston Ave parking structure.
