April 16 2007	Father of the Boarder	Pitt has a lot of good dining. Near campus is Union Grill -- classic. Too many choices to mention.
August 14 2006	Marilyn	Haven't eaten at the impressive places yet (on Mt. Washington) but will when we drop son off this weekend (sob). Also heard Shadyside has many nice restaurants.
August 10 2006	estargrl88	Oakland is right beside campus and has a lot of great places, varying between the more fast-foody places and upper-end restaurants.
August 07 2006	ever_after	I fell in love with a small Italian place in Shadyside called Grisole. In Oakland, Dave and Andy's ice cream is to die for. Craig Street, a short walk from campus, had a bunch of small vendors.
