Claremont McKenna College - Comments on Security/Safety

April 19 2008	we_tard_it	I walked around with my host until 12:00 AM and we still saw people jogging and hanging out outside. Nobody looked like they were scared to be out that late. Campus security strolls around often, too.
March 21 2008	ethanrt	An open campus, but in a small, well-to-do town, and I felt perfectly safe. I did my homework outside at 11:00 at night, and a I met a girl who goes running alone in town every night at midnight.
August 31 2007	BunsenBurner	All Claremont campuses looked very secure. We saw some security people traveling on bikes, and there are emergency buttons/lights scattered throughout.
August 31 2007	Papa Chicken	Bubble campus in a well-to-do residential surrounding..felt very safe.
August 27 2007	A.S.A.P.	It was easy to see how one could feel very safe on this idyllic suburban campus. We didn't see much security, except for parking staff, but it also didn't seem like visible security was need
