The tour guide was friendly; although I didn't engage in any conversations with the students they did not look at all intimidating but instead rather approachable. |

When we were having breakfast in John Jay, we likely looked lost. As we were standing around the cereal dispensers, a very nice student told us about an omelette station across the room. Yum! |

I don't know if it's all colleges (since this was my first college visit) but when I got into the waiting area for the tour with my parents ALL 6 guys in the room were gay and really loud and flamboyant. I don't have any problem with gay p |

They were all very nice. My friend an I kept asking people their SAT scores as a joke, and they all responded and were very friendly. One guy even invited me an my friend to a party haha... |

The students I saw were friendly and courteous, but they were few in number. They all seemed to be in a hurry. It was apparent that the real social life wasn't on campus, and that everyone was fanning out into NYC. |

I visited on a Friday in April and a Monday in July, there weren't too many students to be found on either visit. I was politely helped when I asked a random student where to find a building, though. |
