Never got to see the inside. But they looked really nice on the outside except for the two older buildings. But those 2 buildings were the only two that didn't make me say "Wow! How pretty.& [View Full Report] |

They looked like...gasp...college dorms. They were plain and standard. Although, my tour guide said there were big, flat screen TV's in some. Also, quite a few w/o internet and/or AC. [View Full Report] |

The dorms were so-so. Not terrible, but not great either. Going to Duke costs about 50k yet their dorms are really not great at all. Most of them have no air-condition. [View Full Report] |

Tour guide showed us her room - it was on the small side, but her first pick (dorms are assigned via a lottery system, and she got 17th draw). However, only 3/~17 freshman dorms are air-conditioned! [View Full Report] |

Jarvis (my host's dorm): OK- kind of small rooms, though Bell Tower: hotel-like, it even had a relaxation room Randolph: newer than Jarvis, also nice Epworth: older, bigger rooms than Jarvis [View Full Report] |
