Local attractions...lol.
I suppose you could check out The Nasher Museum in Central Campus. Also, don't miss Duke Gardens. |

The parking was better at Duke than most campuses. There is simply much more space at Duke. |

It is relatively close to UNC-Chapel Hill, so that was nice. |

Buses run regularly from the center of West Campus (where most buildings are) to East Campus (where all freshmen live). The tour guide said that bicycles aren't necessary and cars are just a hass |

I used a taxi to get between the school and the airport- it was about $40 each way. |

If you are into shopping, you should check out the streets at southpointe. It's about 9 miles from the Duke campus, and is probably the nicest mall I had ever been to. |

Bus between East and West campus is fast and easy. i do not see it as detracting from duke's attractiveness at all. |

Parking available at Undergraduate Admissions. The tour will cover West Campus. East Campus is accessible by buses from West Campus. |
