Dorms were incredible. The 'worst' freshman dorm had a brand new elevator, spacious rooms, AC, heat, and everything in between. I would know, I spent a week there and I cannot recommend them |

I saw a room in New South; freshman housing is pretty standard, but the townhouses for upperclassman are amazing. |

The dormitories we visited looked very well lived-in. But the views were unbelievable. The university also owns some townhouses that looked much nicer than the regular dorms. The new dorms were ok. |

Several are new; some older ones are uninspiring but fine. The apt.s on the south of campus are typical, but have rooftop patios that overlook the Potomac. How much would those go for on the market? |

Didn't get to see any inside however plenty of great housing options and town homes are unique and seem like a cool experience.
A Apts have a stellar view. |

I stayed in Harbin and it's the standard college dorm. I liked the cluster format there since it builds a sense of community but Village C West is pretty sweet too because of personal bathrooms. |

The tour ranks a poor for dorms because they would not show us dorms; they said only admitted students get to see dorms. |

I *hated* the dorms. Really. It was for two people and smaller than my room at home. The room definitely reminded me of a prison cell. However, one of the dorms has a GREAT view. |

The room I stayed in was really nice but my host said it was mainly an upperclass dorm. It was almost like a nice, but small, apartment. |

The dorms are okay, and I hear they're renovating the bad ones this summer. Some are small, and the bathrooms in Darnall are a little old, but all in all, livable. |
