Good is an average the town of Clinton (very good) and the other towns/city in the general area (fair). I suspect the college has been very beneficial to the economic health of Clinton.

The folks in the town seem to be nice, religious folks. It's the country side, so this is not too surprising. But they are very nice, and the young laddies are A+ ;)
