The T (the subway) anywhere you need to go! Taxi cabs are also in abundant. |

We made the error of walking to MIT along the river, about a three mile hike. Take the subway. |

The subway system, or the "T", is great. Gets you everywhere you would need to go. Skip the rental car and go for the public transportation! |

parking was hard to find, and the space is very small. |

Parking was a huge fiasco. It was so hard to find, and was the reason I couldn't see the info session. It's expensive too - $20 for FOUR hours! |

Use the T, even though it's smelly. Boston cabbies are horrible, don't know the city, expensive, etc. Parking is a pain! |

The subway is very useful if you don't have much luggage. The taxi drivers here are horrible. Some guy ripped me off by driving around in circles and stopping to look at a map because he didn't know where he was going.

Harvard Square isn't half as interesting as one might expect. |
