   Information Session: Yes - Pleasant guide. Good presentaion by admissions staff, fairly amusing, but loaded with information
   Campus Tour: Yes
James Madison University Campus:
   Friendliness/Courtesy of Students: 5 - Excellent 5 - Excellent
   Friendliness/Courtesy of Staff: 5 - Excellent 5 - Excellent
   Appearance of Campus: 3 - Good 3 - Good - Freight train railroad tracks through campus, which is also split by Interstate 81.
   Building/Facilities Maintenance/Cleanliness: 2 - Fair 2 - Fair - Older buildings in need of some significant repair of exterior trim/windows. Newer building somewhat drab
   Dormitories: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good
   Security/Safety: 4 - Very Good 4 - Very Good
   Overall Campus Impression: 3 - Good 3 - Good

   Area Immediately Around Campus: 2 - Fair 2 - Fair - Campus split by railroad and interstate highway.

Campus Visit Notes for James Madison University:
Visit Description: Appears to have a strong communications and business curriculum. Good library. Offers "no substance" dorms. First-year dorms clumped in center of campus. Has nice plantings and pond. Flexible curriculum offerings.
