Visit Activities:

Information Session: Yes - Infomation session at my school. Pretty standard, was surprised the representative didn't ask for our names or anything (all the other colleges did)

Campus Tour: Yes - Tour guide was very informative. Overall it was a good tour, it ran a little long (over an hour)

Classroom Visit: Yes - Sat in on an Intro to Psychology class and a Public Finance class. The professors in both classes were engaging and seemed to really care that the students were learning the information.

Campus:

The students we asked for directions and opinions, etc were very helpful and kind. The only less than courteous behavior that I experienced was 2-3 guys that yelled crude things

The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help or offer information

The campus is gorgeous in my opinion (I have heard different opinions from others, however) It's definitely a matter of taste. Lots of trees. Gorgeous gothic buildings

The buildings were clean and well-maintained. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom I used in the library.

The dorm I saw was okay. The room they showed us was pretty small, but what dorm room isn't?

I saw the campus security cars multiple times around the campus (brown and gold, very clearly marked haha). Definitely felt safe even though that part of Bethlehem is not the greatest.

I was very impressed with the campus overall.

Off-Campus:

Bethlehem has nice areas but the area immediately around Lehigh is unfortunately not that impressive. Not completely unsafe but wouldn't go out in a small group of girls at night.

Bethlehem is nicer than I anticipated. The South Side has great restaurants and shops. Also there is a nice new mall nearby to check out.

Visit Description:

A little more about the classroom visits:
The classes that I sat in on were great because I was able to experience probably one of the largest classes that I would be taking (Intro to Psych, 100+ students) and also a small class (the Public Finance class was about 10-15 students). Both of the professors were great, as I said above, they really seemed to care about the students and made sure to keep the classes interesting.

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

We ate at the Hotel Bethlehem and the food was very good (not cheap though). On a later visit we also ate at the Tally Ho which was good also.
