As someone who loves going to quintessential campus coffee shops, I was impressed by the wide variety hip, artsy java breweries in the immediate vicinity.

St.Paul is beautiful. The streets running through the campus are filled with coffee shops and stores. The neighborhood surrounding Macalester is very nice, too.
