Campus Visit Notes for Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Visit Description:
this was the first college we visited in boston area...it was quite impressive and there was definitely an intellectual air around the place...i thought everyone would be like so into their work and complete nerds and they were but they still seemed pretty cool. one thing the tour guide told us was that students dont really compete with themselves once theyre in...she said that everyone wants to good and so people help each other..theres not this intense competition that everyone else seems to think there is..but then again everyone is pretty smart. i think that sort of made me change what i thought about MIT in the first place.
Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:
i read somewhere that the food wasnt that good but like the place i ate was really good and pretty cheap for east coast...but that wasn't the dormitories
