The few we met were very friendly. Also ran into a girl from D's HS who is starting her freshman year there, so that was fun and surprising. |

Tour guides were warm, enthusiatic, and helpful. Was raining so they gave us MIT ponchos. Another student volunteered directions when we were looking at a map. |

They kind of avoided us (they looked very busy), but I'm sure they wouldn't have been UNfriendly if we'd approached them. We noticed that they all looked stressed out, unlike the kids |

Very nerdy. Plus side of that is most seemed to be down to earth. |

Some students had no problems at all, but I will say that some took a little bit of time to for them to open up. One of them actually offered to take me into Boston to see more of the city. |

They were all pretty nice, they did seem a bit withdrawn though. I think it was due to the fact that testing was coming up and that they've lost a lot of sleep, or so my sponsor said. |

All the students that hosted me were hospitable and were not impatient at my queries about their institution. |
