Campus Visit Notes for Northeastern University
Visit Description:
We toured the campus on a beautiful fall day, so it was easy to love this place. There are many new buildings and facilities. I kept looking for corporate logos or donors names on buildings to no avail, to their credit. Tour guides were very good, though on urban campuses the tour groups should be smaller - it can be difficult to hear what they're saying. It didn't help that there were parents talking on their cell phones at the same time the guide was trying to be heard. So parents, please don't do this. You are louder than you think.
Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:
Au Bon Pain & Qdoba right there, Prudential Center a few blocks away.
Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):
Free parking provided for visitors in garage below the admissions office. Very convenient. The T green line stops in front of campus.
