Absolutely terrible: very large group (20-30 people), difficulty hearing the guide, no opportunity to ask questions. However, I visited in the summer so perhaps the school year offers smaller tours.

We had a new tour guide and an experienced helper. They were both very approachable, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. They pointed out the recent renovations and showed us a dorm room.

The first time I visited I went on a campus tour. It was slightly rainy that day, and the group was HUGE, which surprised admissions. The guides were helpful, and one introduced me to the swim coach.

Campus is just plain gorgeous, and definitely a selling point, together with the SoCal location. Campus seemed even prettier when son moved in this fall. Top notch dorms and facilities. Very good food. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
