Like the students, the staff, professors and my interviewer were all helpful and approachable.

Didn't have too much interaction with the staff, but after receiving a defer for ED, I was able to talk to an admissions officer on the phone about my application.

Interviewer was great, but info session person was uncharacteristically and misleadingly pretentious. Also, lower level admissions personnel was surprisingly unfriendly and unhelpful during the admission process. Staff was great during orientation.
