Everything was quite clean and maintained. I did not see any garbage anywhere. The lawns were nicely mowed.

It's a small, cute campus, and the buildings were in very good repair.

With the exception of the graffiti and the areas the students have taken over the campus is spotless. Some places though are very obviously student owned and are more like your room.
