We were told that there was a great security system but we did not witness anything to prove this. Then again, the campus seemed very safe, except a homeless man was wandering around. [View Full Report] |

Blue post emergency stations with call buttons are in many locations and the campus provides resources for escorts after hours. Some areas immediately off campus do have homeless people. [View Full Report] |

I felt very safe during the day. They have a security system in place, such as a "campus buddy" who will walk with lone students by request, shuttles to areas around campus, etc. [View Full Report] |

The nice features of the campus, ie the trees make for a less safe campus. Not comfortable to walk around when it gets dark and there are not a lot of people. There are security services, though. [View Full Report] |

in the morning, a lot of the people around the Berkeley streets looked pretty sketch- tons of hippies, homeless (one homeless lady even latched on to our tour group, eek) but on campus, i felt pretty safe [View Full Report] |
