Appearance of Campus:
5 - Excellent
Before my tour, I'd only really seen the campus from Campus dr, which is not at all representative of the whole university. I found Aldrich Park, the bio sci area, and phy sci areas nicest.

Very clean and groomed.
Dormitories:
5 - Excellent
Mesa Court and Middle Earth seemed pretty standard, but the new VDC housing is really nice.
Security/Safety:
5 - Excellent
I believe Irvine is consistently ranked as one of the safest cities in the U.S.
Overall Campus Impression:
5 - Excellent
I was honestly impressed. I had never seen the entire campus, and it is really beautiful. I liked Aldrich Park.
Off-Campus:
Area Immediately Around Campus:
5 - Excellent
University town center provides quite a bit to do.
City/Town/Community:
4 - Very Good
My only complaint about Irvine is that it's a bit boring at present compared to other college towns. However, it has a lot of potential and the area is defiantly nice and extremely safe.
