Bus to Old Town to see the Liberty Bell was nice. People at bus stop were friendly |

While it is no New York, Philadelphia offers quite a lot! There is lots of beauty and history in the city. |

Its a nice city; downtown and other well-lit areas are very nice. but I had to be careful about the areas I chose to stroll. Some very sketchy areas. |

I love Philadelphia; it's a great metropolitan city with it's own identity. It definitely doesn't deserve the bad rap it gets. |

philadelphia is a great city, just like new york city, so if you like a city school, you'll like upenn, though it is an actual campus unlike a school like NYU. |

Philly is amazing but it was not the nicest place. It didnt have big skyscrapers that were amazing lke NYC or really old historic building like DC but it was nice and there was a lot to do there. |

Philadelphia is a cool city, but there is definitely less going on than in New York or Chicago. Transportation is also awful. |

I thought Philadelphia was very nice. I went down to Center City as well as Old City which were very nice. We took the SEPTA trolley from 37th St. (right outside the Quad) and it was very easy. |

It's Philly! Although there are shady parts, you can easily avoid them. Walnut Street and South Street, as well as Center City, are definitely incredible. |

Philly is an electrifying city - perfect for penn students. its lively and welcoming and very cool how the campus kind of bleeds right into the heart of the city |

Philly has a great location, enabling easy Chinabus travel to DC and NYC, but the city itself is also awesome. Penn is a few minutes walk from Center City, Philly's "downtown" with great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and excitement. T |

I think I answered this in the previous question. The non-students were fairly busy, and they seemed like go getters, with little time to stop and enjoy the nature or something. |
