Sat in on a Bio 102 lecture. The teacher was not engaged and neither were his students - I saw several playing games on their laptops or sleeping. |

Penn offers numerous different courses to attend. I sat in on several Wharton classes, assessing the teaching quality and student involvement (both of which deserve high marks!) |

Classes seemed well equipped. The Calculus 3 class I sat in on wasn't amazing...class wasn't really paying attention to the prof (it was a friday afternoon) |

The classrooms at Penn are all really nice (especially the Wharton buildings) and new-looking. |

I had lectures at Leidy Labs (right by Quad). We had the only lecurture hall there which was pretty big and had a huge projector and it was pretty standard of what one would expect at college. |

Campus security was mad! lol. Wharton rooms are very high-tech. |

We didn't go to any classrooms, which was a bummer, but it was understandable because admissions tours don't let you see anything |

The classrooms were tiered off so that everyone had an equal view. The professors have so much technology at their fingertips. You press a button and the A/C changes, another and the blinds go down. |

I went to Intro Psych with Shatee (sp?). It was an amazing class (though very large) and he seemed like a great teacher. |

Make sure to visit an upper level class--this will give yo ua real chance to sample the intellectual flavor at Penn. See a class in the area you are considering for your major. |
