I asked one professor if I could sit in on her class. She said no (it was a grad class) but then brought me to an undergrad class that was much more helpful and revealing. |

Staff needs to make it clear that tours are for kids (or not )if they really are like a high school tour NOT an admitted student tour. Not what my D expected. |

Penn's admission staff is genuinely interested in helping prospective students. If they cannot help you directly, they will go out of their way to make sure someone can! |

The staff members I met were all very kind and helpful, whether they were discussing Penn, answering questions, or just saying hi. |

Staff looked a little harried (there were lots of visitors the day we came), but were very nice |

Everybody was very nice and helpful, and before the info session every prospective student was given a bag with information about Penn in it. |

The staff is trying to do everything they can to make the students comfortable. Since it's a large university, it's hard to achieve perfection in terms of staff courtesy and approachability, but Penn comes very close. Talk to the cashier ladie |

The staff was kind, but quite abrupt. They weren't ecstatic about seeing all of us prospectives crowded in a small room, but they answered questions and things like that. |
