Staff seemed overwhelmed trying to herd 800 or so visitors through on a hot Saturday in July. We felt like sheep, but there's probably nothing more they could have done. [View Full Report]

The staff is trying to do everything they can to make the students comfortable. Since it's a large university, it's hard to achieve perfection in terms of staff courtesy and approachability, but Penn comes very close. Talk to the cashier ladie [View Full Report]
