Visit Activities:

Information Session: Yes - I really liked the information session we got. It was less than an hour long so it was straight and to the point. The woman who was talking with us was a previous student which made it informative.

Campus Tour: Yes - The campus tour was great. We got to see most buildings. The only parts of campus I wish we could have seen were the gym, Putnam park, and the school buildings across the river.

Classroom Visit: Yes - We were shown how up to date all the equipment is. It's not state-of-the-art or anything but all classrooms have the same equipment which makes it equal.

Campus Visit Notes for University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire

Visit Description:

The tour of Eau Claire was amazing. When we first got there, we got a bunch of information about the campus. They even had a huge binder full of current and past students so you could see if you knew anyone. Our tour guide was really cool. Our group was small which is nice because we all got to hear what he was saying. Before we started out, he had us state our name, place of origin, and major. He used that information so he would know which classrooms would be of importance to us. If you've been to the campus, you know about that huge hill they have. Halfway up the hill, our tour guide had to stop because he has asthma. That's how you know that hill is difficult to get up. But once we got up there, it was beautiful!
