Driving in and out of Madison was pretty difficult. I learned that they have a great bus system though so when I attend this fall I will be making use of that. [View Full Report] |

Did not rent a car. Hotel paid for taxi to and from the airport. Avoid parking at the school - it appears a difficult prospect. [View Full Report] |

it was pretty much a college town, which was nice but can get boring after awhile. the capitol was right next to the campus so it's easy to get a job there [View Full Report] |

Driving around is a difficult. In the summer, pack sunscreen and bug spray for the afternoons. Lakes are great to paddle around. Mt. Horeb (mustard museum) and nearby Cave of the Mounds are a fun day. [View Full Report] |

Lots of construction on streets near campus, so it can be confusing. Definitely park in one of the city garages on or near campus. [View Full Report] |

Taxis can be expensive. Seems like I paid $20 everytime I got into one to go just 10 miles. Bus system is good. Capitol is stunning. DO NOT DRIVE unless you want to search for parking for a LONG time. [View Full Report] |
