Visit Activities:


Information Session: Yes - nicknamed speaker "Mr. Thirsty." he would pause in his speaking to take enormous glups of water. other than that- very informative. the room was a bit small for the number of people visiting

Campus Tour: Yes - good tour, nice tour guide. i really would have liked to see a dorm room!

Appearance of Campus:

campus look ill-maintained. Most other colleges I have visited have been crisp and pristine. Not so with Vassar.


Building/Facilities Maintenance/Cleanliness:

seemed very safe.

Campus Visit Notes for Vassar College


Visit Description:

One thing that bothered me was the location of the Athletic center. It is seperated from the campus and hard to get to. I almost got the feel that the intellectuals didn't want to have too much association with sports or physical activity.
