This campus is what I have in my mind of what a college should look like. Ivy covered walls, brick buildings, expansive lawns.

We thought the campus would be too rural and too small, but all of us (daughter and parents) came away with a very favorable impression, both of the academic opportunities and extracurricular life.

Father of the Boarder
Liked it a lot. Little more Lee than Washington. Cotillion and southern tradition shows.

We specifically visited this campus before applying since this was a much smaller school as compared to the others on The List.
Child came home with W&L on the top of the list and it never came off 1st place. This is a truly charming school, small
