Visit Activities:

Admissions Interview: Yes - She was very polite and genial. Answered my questions thoroughly and with zeal. (Punctual, too! Always nice)

Information Session: Yes - A professor with two students. Loved all of them. Each had something unique to share about the Wash U experience. Very complete in their descriptions.

Campus Tour: Yes - Guide could've been a tad bit more informative and confident (seemed a little unsure sometimes, often lost her train of thought). Overall, a good experience. Absolutely gorgeous campus.

Everyone was smiling and wanted to talk to me, the "pre-frosh." Genuinely interested in my stay and my college-choice adventure.

Holy moley. There is a woman who works the Admissions desk whom you MUST meet if you visit. Not sure if I can give her name (privacy?) but she is amazing. Warm and helpful just like all of them.

Appearance of Campus:

Best I've seen so far. Not overly gothic/depressing, but thoroughly classic and aged. Although there was some construction, that can't be avoided. Very spacious and beautiful.

Building/Facilities Maintenance/Cleanliness:

Maintenance workers were literally everywhere with elaf blowers, vacuums, you name it.

Dormitories:

Meh, they're college dorms, but they're better than most. 2 to a room, 4 to a suite (shared bathroom among these 4). Decently roomy. GREAT study rooms.

Security/Safety:

Blue light system. Cops on Segways (heehee!) Upscale, extremely safe residential area surrounding the campus.

Didn't get a chance to explore, but "The Loop" is supposedly fantastic.

Like I said, didn't get to explore, but it seemed to have the safety of suburbia with the benefits of a large metropolitan area.
