There is a rental town-home complex a block away from campus and also a community revitalisation office.
What else needs one say? |

The campus backs up right to main street, which would be very convenient |

Middletown is a nice area, mid-size location with plenty of shops and restaurants. The town is not in direct access to the school, however. Other than town, Wes is surrounded by cemetery and highways |

Middletown is a nice old mill town. Lots of big old houses, many renovated, right around the campus and Main Street was about a four minute walk downhill. |

Smallish town with nothing to recommend it (to be fair, I didn't really explore. There is a coffee shop, pharmacy, and a few restaurants here and there. |

Old quaint houses surround campus and it becomes hard to distinguish where university owned buildings end and the neighborhood begins. Town is very close by and lit up at night. |

Okay...nothing to write home about. Relatively residential RIGHT by campus (lot of slightly rundown off campus student houses). |
