Campus Visit Notes for Williams College

Visit Description:

I went for the Previews for accepted students and I must say I loved it. At first it seemed secluded and dull, but the joyful students and staff quickly made it a fun experience. We had some crappy weather but the school is in good condition and everything is clean. I liked the frosh dorms Willy and Sage. Mission is secluded on its own little hill and it looks kind of like a prison. The benefit to mission though is that almost all the rooms are singles. The campus food in one of the five dining halls was very good, much better than expected from a college. Overall, I would love to spend four years in the Berkshires because there is so much to do on campus, however I am glad there are lots of breaks to go and visit a city. If you like the outdoors you will be able to do many activites with the Williams Outing Club.
