haha a little, so your last name has swag in it? thats sweet... I am wondering how many people will apply early since it seems like there has been a decline in past years (perhaps due to the recession?)

hah yeahh I get so many swag jokes it's not even funny.
I'm pretty sure the woman I talked to said that last year's early decision acceptance rate was like 40 or 45% or something. Which was a little higher than the year before which was something like 36%
I'm pretty sure I'm remembering the numbers right. Regardless, the ED acceptance rate went up a little bit and she said they're expecting this year to be pretty similar to last year. So that's a good sign I guess.

yep, I submitted it two days ago actually. My school will probably send all of the other things like the LOR and transcript later though, my teachers are probably not finished with them yet. How about you?

I submitted mine yesterday and today I reminded my boss and my teachers about my letters. It's so weird actually submitting, I mean since the process of finding schools and getting stuff together and all has taken so long. And to think that we'll know by Christmas.

Well, W&L is actually the only "southern" school that I am applying to. ED II to Hamilton. Then RD: Bucknell, Lafayette, Trinity College, Gettysburg, Dickinson, Franklin and Marshall
